Due to the schedule of courier service providers, EXCARD cannot guarantee a precise time of arrival of your
goods.However, even though the area of where your goods are to be delivered fall in the list of inconsistent delivery service area, we guarantee you to meet the RUSH ORDER delivery day. |

EXCARD will refund (credit back into your online account) the RUSH ORDER service fee as well as compensate (equivalent to the amount of the RUSH ORDER service) if it fails to complete and deliver your order(s) according to the RUSH ORDER delivery day.
However EXCARD cannot guarantee punctuality for orders using RUSH ORDER service that have a ‘pending’ status due to artwork errors on member’s part. In such a case, once selected, the RUSH ORDER service cannot be cancelled and the fee shall be borne by that member and no compensations or refunds shall be entertained. Example : You order business cards and add RM30 for RUSH ORDER. But we fail to meet the RUSH ORDER deadline due to our own fault. Therefore, EXCARD refunds the RUSH ORDER fee (RM30) as well as compensates you RM30 (equivalent to the RUSH ORDER fee)and credit the amounts into your online account. |

terminate

service with

giving prior
notice to
