Service Scope
Rush Order is available for selected products: Booklet (Offset), Paper Bag, and Voucher.
This service applies to production printing timeline only, not delivery. |

Processing Time
Rush Order guarantees 1 working day production.
All timelines are based on final artwork approval and full payment confirmation. |

Charges
Rush Order fee will be:
- RM150, or
- 10% of job value (based on Cash Price)
Whichever is higher. |

Availability
Rush Order service may be temporarily suspended without prior notice due to operational requirements. |
| 5) |
Delivery
Rush Order applies to production completion date only (Shipment Date).
Courier and delivery timelines are not included and follow standard arrangements. |

Refund Policy
If a confirmed Rush Order job is delayed due to internal production issues,
a double refund of the Rush Order charges will be provided.
The refund will be credited into your Excard account. |

Exclusions (No Refund Eligibility)
Rush Order will NOT be considered delayed under the following conditions:
- Artwork issues (e.g. late submission, incorrect files, revisions)
- Split orders
- Partial shipment requests |
