RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Responsible in
product development from creative design solution to broad array
of print and promotional projects including from
conceptual, artwork design and finishing, in supporting
advertising and promotion activities to promote the company
product
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES &
ACCOUNTABILITIES
● To assist
superior in variety of graphic art project
● To think creatively and produce or develop new
conceptual ideas for a variety of media and project
● To Interpreting the client's business needs
● To assist in product development such as product
specification, diagram, product sample and kits
Minimum qualification
Education : SPM with Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent
Experience : Minimum 1 year working experience in design,
printing or advertising
Skills : Possess good oral and written in Bahasa Malaysia,
English and Mandarin; ability to utilize a variety of
computer software preferably in Photoshop and CorelDraw,
illustrator, knowledge of current graphic art methods and the
general principles of layout and design;
ability to handle restricted and confidential information in a
professional manner and maintain the
information as such.
e-Marketing Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● To assist
immediate superior in running and implementing all task relevant
to domestic and
international marketing activities.
● To assist in
carrying out market research and customer survey to access
demand, brand positioning
and awareness.
● To assist in
implementing of marketing activities, advertisement and
promotion, including
organising and attending events and exhibitions.
● Develop the
network of supplies and negotiate with contracts, royalties for
contractors or freelancers.
● Assist in
evaluating marketing campaign.
● Assist in
monitoring competitor activity and analysing pricing positions.
● Managing the
production of marketing materials including leaflets, posters,
flyers,
involving writing and proofreading copy and liaising with
designers and printers.
● Monitor A&P
design works working within scheduling and project launch on
time.
● Arranging
for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
● Assisting in
reporting, standard and proper documentation filing.
Requirements:
●
Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management
(Major in Marketing),
Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Public Relations or
equivalent.
● Preferably
junior executives specializing in Marketing/Public
Relations/Advertising or equivalent.
● Self
motivated and able to work independently.
● Good
interpersonal, communication, organising & coordinating skills.
● Required
language(s): English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
● Minimum
traveling is required.
● At least
with 1 year working experience in the related field.

Web Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Perform variety
of programming assignments, established programming procedures,
and data processing requirements
● Design and
implementation of .Net based web application using ASP.net,
VB.net and MySQL Database
● Prepare
prototypes, system design, code, test and troubleshoot programs
utilizing the appropriate
hardware, database and programming technology
● Write new
program code using prescribed specifications
● Evaluate
simple interrelationships between program, test and analyze
performance of program and
take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation
with users
● Test and
develop programming modifications
● Write and
maintain programming documentation
● Apply
technical knowledge effectively in drafting solutions for
clients, user requirements analysis
and design
● Work closely
with other web developers and end users to ensure technical
compatibility and user
satisfaction are achieved
Requirements:

possess at least Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in
Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
● Required
language(s): Chinese, English

Customer Service Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Accountable for
staff quality in prompt responding to customer requests and work
with customers to
minimize/resolve problems and complaints. Follow through to
ensure issue is resolved.
● Ensures that
company policies and procedures are understood and enforced,
specifically as they relate to order
management activities.
● Build a
highly responsive customer focused team capable of improving the
way that Excard does business with
customers. Accountable for overall performance; define
metrics and sets targets.
● The Customer
Service Executive analyzes data and prepares reports on customer
service and collection activities,
establishes and monitors customer contact procedures to
ensure quality service.
● Ensure the
effectiveness and efficiency of internal functions and processes
workflow.
● Responsible
to manage billing & payment (CN/DN), reloads and inventory for
sales kit and accessory.
● Liaise with
ODM QA for complaint & report to make sure preventive action
been taken.
● Responsible
to ensure information confidentiality and follow the term and
conditions as stated in Ethical Agreement.
Requirements:
●
SPM/STPM or diploma holder is encouraged to apply
●
Working experience will not be necessary but will be
added advantage
●
Good interpersonal skills, aggressive, self-driven &
results oriented, able to communicate in Mandarin, English and
Malay both in written and spoken. Able to speak
Cantonese will be added advantage.
