01. How do I get my free product sample? |

However, our free product samples are only available to those who are not
members yet and particularly design-print professionals in Malaysia.
Step 01: Fill-up online Free Sample form.
Make
sure all information you fill in is accurate as this will be used for all
communication and transactions.
Step 02: Validate email
Approved requesters will receive an email informing them to
"validate" their email address by clicking on a link. (This is to protect against unwanted spam and malicious abuse.) |

02. How many times can I request free sample? |
|
|
Each requester is only entitled to 1 free sample. To request a FREE sample now, click here.

03. Are there any delivery and processing charges for this free sample? |
|
|

04. How come I have not received my free product sample after 7 working days? |
|
|
One of the following could have happened:
i) Our automated email prompting you to validate your email address could not reach you because
the email address you registered is invalid,
ii) The product sample was sent out to the wrong address because the delivery address you
registered is incorrect.
In any event, we advise you to email or call our customer service to update your registration information. |
