"Member Privilege Plan" Terms and Conditions:
  1. All West & East Malaysia EXCARD members may participate in "Member Privilege Plan".
  2. "Discount by Top-up" only applies to amounts of RM1,000, RM3,000 or RM10,000 in a single top-up.
  3. The Member Privilege Plan Discount level (%) of Member's next top-up amount will apply to any balance in Member's account.

    Example:
    Top-up RM10,000 and qualify for a “Platinum Member” discount level. After purchase printing product which valued RM8,000 (after discount) ,RM2,000 left but still applicable for ''Platinum'' discount.
    However, next top up have to be RM10,000 to maintain ''Platinum Member'' even RM2,000 left as balance.

  4. Once top-up is approved, the applicable Member Privilege Plan Discount % will be automatically applied to all purchases (only for Products which entitle to MPP discount)
  5. In scenario that if Excard Member Privilege Plan on going with other Promotion, Discount will be applied to whichever result in higher discount amount.
  6. Member Privilege Plan Discount Level expires when balance of the qualified reload amount is zero ('0') or when a new amount is top-up.


    7. Example:
    Top-up RM10,000 and qualify for a “Platinum Member” discount level. After purchase printing product which valued RM8,000 (after discount) ,RM2,000 left but still applicable for ''Platinum'' discount.
    However, the following day you top-up only RM500 which isn't a qualifying amount. Because of this, the “Platinum Member” discount level that you previously enjoyed is reduced to zero.
  7. The Ready Designed AI eTemplates download privilege is only extended to Silver, Gold, and Platinum members.
  8. Any unused Ready Designed AI eTemplate downloads shall be forfeited and shall not be carried forward to the next month. Once a download has been used, it cannot be canceled.
  9. Member's Privilege Plan Discount 9. and all other privileges will be forfeited automatically upon termination of membership or withdrawal of any amount from EXCARD Member Account.
  10. EXCARD reserves the right to change, amend, add and retract any of the terms and conditions herein with or without prior notice given to Members.
